Approach

Start with the problem. Build a small version. Test it seriously.

You get a practical process. We map the work, choose one useful piece and build with maintenance and tests in mind.

1. Understand

We walk through the workflow with the people who do the work. I want to see where information starts, where someone waits and where mistakes return later.

2. Choose

We choose one first version with a clear boundary. Scope protects quality. A small app you can trust beats a broad app that half works.

3. Build

I build with maintenance in mind. Tests, clear data models and simple screens get attention from the first version.

4. Hand back

You get an explanation of choices, risks and next steps. You do not need to read code to understand where your product stands.

5. Improve

After the first version, we look at use. You add what people miss during real work.
