I ask questions, make choices explicit and prefer one small version done well over a large plan done halfway. Quality means tests, simplicity and product sense.
Poor fit
A forty-hour freelance developer role clashes with how I work. I prefer responsibility for a bounded problem, discovery or first version.
Tone
Practical, sober, sharp and human. I do not need to look like a guru. I want you to understand your software problem better after a conversation.
